He is still in hospital, comfy and well looked after . . .   I decided to book into a hotel nearby. I am now 2 minutes drive from the Alfred.
He was sending more disturbing texts up until yesterday . . .  morphine induced clearly , "cannula out, me out".
This morning's messages were quite "normal" though, which made me feel better . . . however he is lonely and wants company which I cant help him with at the moment.

Our household has developed germs, daughter has been crook for a few days, her partner a few days before her, and now I have it . . . fook. Sore throat, sniffles, body aches. So I really cant go and visit him in the hospital. He is not happy about that at all. FFS.

If anyone can come and say hello, that would be just great. Ward 4 East, bed 2. He is struggling with the boredom.

I am heading back to Cockatoo tomorrow arvo, and will see what the GP says on Friday. I feel just terrible about being sick as poor him really needs me. Fuck.
